In this project, the redesign of the kitchen & bathrooms was our main focus. On a property of this size we wanted to add a full service butlers pantry using the existing appliances, while designing and incorporating a new 'show' kitchen. We removed some walls so the overall flow of the space has been improved. The bathrooms saw a facelift with new tiling, tap-ware, vanities & lighting. After the construction was completed we staged the full property and it was listed for sale. We loved this one!
